Hello.. it's been awhile. I have been so busy seems like I get tired when I sit in front of the computer. At any rate, I have to report for my diet challenge. I didn't get in blogger world last week. I did show a loss of 1/2 pound, but I think last week I gained.. so I could have lost more but didn't. I was reading Miss Geranium's blog and she was looking for a tip to help her out of her funk. I truly believe that if you make yourself aware of what you are eating.. you won't eat so much.. so write it down.. ALL OF IT.
