Monday Challenge,


Hello.. it's been awhile. I have been so busy seems like I get tired when I sit in front of the computer. At any rate, I have to report for my diet challenge. I didn't get in blogger world last week. I did show a loss of 1/2 pound, but I think last week I gained.. so I could have lost more but didn't. I was reading Miss Geranium's blog and she was looking for a tip to help her out of her funk. I truly believe that if you make yourself aware of what you are eating.. you won't eat so much.. so write it down.. ALL OF IT.

yep with you on writing it all down...it slaps you in the face when you can actually see what you ate and where you went wrong...add it ALL UP....it hurts...we have to be accountable for it dont we..hugs
